The Keyman ships to all 50 states and Puerto Rico, Canada, Europe, and Asia.

Items ordered and paid for before 11 a.m. ship that day (except Sundays and Holidays), after 11 a.m., the next business day.

After an order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

If you are unhappy with your purchase you have 14 days to return the item(s) in it's original condition. The buyer pays for return shipping.

Standard free shipping is United States Postal Service mail, First Class Mail for items under 16 ounces, Priority Mail for item over 1 pound. Please be advised we do not recommend the use of USPS – US Postal Service has been experiencing significant delivery issues and we do not recommend you use them at this time. If you do use them, please expect delays and lack of accurate tracking. If we supply you a tracking number the product has shipped and is on its way even if the USPS system says they do not have it. By choosing free standard shipping, the buyer accepts the risks of using USPS, and understands that the seller cannot be held responsible for the performance of USPS. The seller will not issue refunds due to USPS mis-delivering, losing, or damaging your package. Instead we recommend FedEx shipping options.
